Hitachi’s Central Shared Services (CSS) HR team in Bengaluru is hiring an Analyst – CSS HR to support payroll and processing functions within HR Shared Services. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate salary processing, learning end-to-end payroll operations, validating data, conducting compliance checks, and collaborating with HR functions such as Employee Services, Talent Development, and People Data & Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support payroll processing and ensure data integrity
